Taba BBQ began with chef Kris Kabush smoking meats in the backyard—just cooking for friends, chasing flavor, and having fun with fire.
That backyard pastime turned into something more, and eventually found a home in Los Cabos. Today, Taba BBQ brings together low & slow Texas-style barbecue with local Mexican flavor, all made with care and served without pretense.
The custom-built smoker runs daily, turning out brisket, ribs, wings, burgers, and other favorites. The drink menu is simple, refreshing, and made to pair with the food and Baja sunshine.
